Bergen Tire of Wyckoff

So today this business had a sign outside their storefront that stated they would give you an oil change and rotate your tires for 19.95. SO I walked in and pointed to the sign and said I'd like an oil change and pointed to the sign. THE OWNER CHARLIE nodded and told me it wouldn't be long. When I came to pick up my car I said wow what a great deal to have your tires rotated and an oil change for that price! He then stated, "we didn't rotate your tires, you needed to specifically ask for your tires to be rotated." I may be a female, but I am well educated and did not deserve this sexist treatment. He then went on to say that it would be a while if I wanted my tires rotated because now more customers were getting serviced. What a jerk! I hope people don't go here. This guy is not trustworthy and to boot my car reeked of smoke when I got it back. Don't be fooled by the fancy waiting area, thats the only classy thing they have going for them.
