Cycle Connection

My son got a Kink curb from this store which was $300 out the door and he immediately had problems with the bike, his friend also had the exact same bike with the exact same problems so when I called to explain these issues I received nothing but attitude from whomever answered the phone. She told me these were no big deal and acted like I wasted her time..at no point did she even apologize on behalf of the store.. My son has been buying bmx bikes for 6 years and we know you need to replace a part here and there but never two days after buying a bike.. I don't appreciate getting attitude for something that wasn't our fault..not a great way to keep people from coming back.

I love cycle connection! I have been an avid rider since i was 12. First bmx and now trail. In all my time buying bikes i have never found a bike shop so dedicated to backing their products and meeting their bikers demands. I have personally purchased 4 bikes from them now. Every time they give you a 1 year service/maintenance plan. My trail bike (( http://www.specialized.com/us/en/bikes/archive/2013/hardrock/hardrocksportdisc26 )) I put roughly 250 miles on in the first year and they had no problems constantly re-aligning my gears, torquing my spokes in order to straighten my rims after a 4 foot drop :) and even replaced my break pads for just the price of the part within that first year. They have also ordered me specialty parts for different bikes and spent hours talking to me trying to help me re-gear the ratios on my P.series http://www.specialized.com/us/en/bikes/bmxdirt-jump/pseries/p3 .... I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a nice high quality product at an honest price and customer service that has never failed to please.

I bought a pair of cycling shoes. I was never told they are absolutely NO RETURNS on cycling shoes. I wore them one time, indoor only, found out they did not fit properly and gave me horrible blisters. They offered me nothing. No store credit, nothing. They told me to try to sell them on Ebay. Do NOT buy shoes here.

Wonderful, helpful staff! I was new to cycling and they offered insight on all of their products and those that they didn't carry. They never pushed me into any sales or "you need this accessory!" They've gotten themselves a regular from their professional manner and friendly atmosphere.

Not sure if the above reviewer went to the same store as I did when I purchased my awesome Specialized Mountain bike. I own 1 Road and 2 mountain bikes and they alone service them to perfection. I pester these people constantly with my inane questions and requests. I don't know where they get the patience, which is why I highly recommend them. Thanks, John, Bret and Sandy.

I purchased a bike for my son at Christmas, a $500 Sunday and after the first week of riding it in the spring the crank started to come apart because it was not properly put together and the bolt fell out that holds it in place. After calling the shop were told it was not covered under labor or repairs. Horrible shop that I would honestly say to stay away from. Their goal is to get your money, not sell you a reliable bike that they themselves put together
