I have handled family- and employment-based immigration cases, diversity visas, asylum cases, and represented clients before the Boston Immigration Court.As an immigrant myself, I understand the needs and goals of individuals who come to live, work, and study in the United States. I am responsive and resolve complex immigration matters effectively.Immigration law is difficult to master because it is a patchwork of promulgations. Many immigration laws passed by Congress are inconsistent and unclear. The enforcement of immigration law is also carried out by multiple governmental agencies like the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Department of Labor (DOL), and the Department of States (DOS). The involvement of all these governmental agencies also reinforces why immigration laws are at times inconsistent and unclear.I thrive to provide both individuals and companies with expert legal advice. I will find solutions to immigration issues in the complex, dynamic, and ever-changing field of immigration law. I will help my clients navigate the issues, avoid pitfalls, and achieve the desired results.My goal is to represent clients, individuals and business organizations, with high quality legal representation and personal service tailored to their needs and objectives, and to serve with sincerity and integrity.I earned my J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and am admitted to practice in Massachusetts. I am an active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA) and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).I am fluent in Hungarian, and a member of the Hungarian Society of Massachusetts.
