OB-GYN Associates

When I found out I was pregnant I decided to make an appointment at this location simply because it's close and convenient to home. Appointment took a month and I finally go for my first visit with my husband. We were taken in the room for the confirmation ultra sound then we met the doctor. Kimberly made us feel very rushed and did not seem to answer our questions with much knowledge. We still thought she was decent and should give her a second Chance. My second appointment was schedules a month later as well. I was never called to confirm my appointment or to let me know what I will need and what will be done that day. Once me and my husband arrived that day we were taken in pretty fast but I was just put in the restroom to pee without being able to do so at the moment.. So I tried to make myself do it by being in there for 20 min. I found it odd that nobody knocked on the door to ask if I need water or I was OK. I came out and they told me to try later. Then they proceeded to give me paper work to sign without explaining what it is for. My husband also read the paper work about the lab they are sending me to for blood work. When he proceeded to ask billing info they started getting defensive and rude. We simply told them we would of liked to be told earlier about all these additional things since we don't know what to expect with our pregnancy. They kept getting defensive and basically calling us crazy. Dr. Kimberly H. Saw us in the hallway when we walked in and did not even smile at us..she then saw us being concerned about everything and refused to acknowledge it..instead they put us in a room to wait for her and when she came in she said " I will not have u as my patient. You are both disturbing my nurses and we will not accept this behavior. Please sign the release form and leave our office now!!" We were shocked as to what just happened but we also knew we did not want to proceed with this doctor because of her lack of caring and professionalism. That office is very rude and unorganized. They only see people as money and that is it. I feel sorry for whomever baby was or will be delivered by that heartless Dr. That only caused me stress in my first pregnancy.

The Stone Forest Drive office is the worst doctors office I have ever experienced. Saw them in September 2013~ called for 5 weeks BEGGING to schedule the surgery I was suggested to have. In the midst of all this my insurance company needed to review my file to determine if I could be covered.... I have called and called and called and called to get them to send a copy of my file.

FINALLY I drive to their office to fill out the release form (cause it took them a month to tell me they had to have that) and you know what happened to it? NOTHING. I have called twice in two weeks to check the status of them faxing my form over and the girl said they probably just threw it away. NEVER SENT IT.

If you can avoid going here DO ~ because if you have anything life threatening you will die before it gets taken care of if anything is dependent on the girls who run the office.

And you'll get billed from them after the insurance company gives up on them because they can't seem to operate a fax machine.
