        owner did offer to come back and fix but I did not want that as I wanted another company to look at the problem

        - Alexander was very knowledgeable

        - No attempts to take advantage

        - Worked quickly

        - After arrival, offered a set price to diagnose and fix the problem (unless there was an unexpected and major issue)



        Can't ask for much more than that. They'll be the first company I call for appliance repair.
