Now here are some hard facts. We are an independent water treatment company. We are not beholden to any mega dealer with fancy names and fancy advertising. Therefore, our products are not proprietary; which means overpriced. If our 20 years of experience has taught us anything, it would be to convey the importance of getting second opinions. Countless times we have followed behind a company who deemed the system irreparable, when in reality a 25 cent o-ring, breaking up of a salt bridge, or adjusting the salt dosage has done the trick. A word of Warning, there are a few that will use a service call as a sales call. Now, don't get us wrong. There are a few units of age that cannot or should not be repaired. We will educate you to the whys and why not's.
