I got a hat as a present for Christmas from this store and it did not fit. I asked if I could exchange it for the correct size or even store credit. The associate said no due to the "no return/exchange policy on hats. I thought since it was a present and the sole fact that I did not buy it myself, might make a difference so I kindly explained my situation. The associate stated that whoever bought the hat should have looked at the size. I thought that was pretty rude to say to a customer so I asked to speak to a manager. At that point the associate says he is the manager, then looked at another employee and shook his head! As if to say "I don't believe this". Excuse me, how dare you treat any of your customers like that, encouraging your employees to do the same? And you expect repeat business? Your manager needs an attitude check, I would never shop here again.
