        Overall

        Customer service is very bad! I have been waiting for the ordered items for two months. They never deliver the items on time and always have excuses. They hang off the phone. If only one customer complains, that is not convincing. But you can see that other customers have the same bad experience with this store. DO NOT buy furniture from this store. Stay away from them!
