Their coffee was not received as I requested. I had a detailed conversation with their representative explaining what I wanted. She insisted that what I would receive is just like what I described. She picked which coffees would be like the taste I requested.

Well, to my disappointment all three coffees were weak and bland rather than rich, full bodied with aftertaste. I surely hope you have better luck than I did.
