America's Best Contacts And Eyeglasses

The people at the counter are just rude...I went to pick up a pair of contacts the other day; I got a call that morning, so went to get them. The lady after I repeated it 4 times, could NOT spell my last name...finally she asked if anyone called me about the glasses; and asked me if they would be under someone elses name. I said I don't think so, I'm the one that was here; I paid for them; I did the exam...they are under my name...she said they had NOT come in. I asked why did I get a call that they came in.....asked her to check again...I wrote my name on a piece of paper...I said here...check this name....and she came back with my lens. OH SHE SAID...I wasn't looking for that spelling! ...OMG....35 minutes...! 2nd visit...second horrible visit...can't wait until my glasses come in....that ought to be fun!
