Randy was an awesome carpet cleaner while he was alive but now that he is deceased his son, Andrew, aka Andy, is running the business. He has no clue what he is doing and I recommend that you do not call this carpet cleaner. I would rather call someone from a coupon shopper than hire this second rate work.
