Omelets are fantastic! Had ham & cheese, light, fluffy, and lots of ham & cheese. Prices reasonable, waitress very good. We will go back again!!!

While normally when I go I get there early in the morning for breakfast, yesterday I was too late and had to order from the lunch menu. I ordered a chocolate milk which was hot chocolate powder in cold milk. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese burger, the bacon and egg were fine and the bun was slightly toasted which was nice... but the burger itself was a thin flavorless greasy patty that reminded me of the gristle I give the dog after a steak. This would not be a problem as I'm fairly well tempered when it comes to food, I'll eat anything really. The problem is this charming burger cost me almost $8. THAT made me angry. I could've gone to a fast food chain and enjoyed a burger for 99 cents and they might have had actual chocolate milk. Please don't decide not to go into this restaurant, because they do have amazing breakfast... but do make sure you're there and gone by 11.

Friends and I enjoyed dining at Melanies.

Next day realized I'd lost my wallet and when I called Melanies, they had found it and I was able to retrieve all my money, cards and information.
