Edible Arrangements

Ordered over the phone on 2/14 close to 10:00 am from Westport store. Asked upfront if any problem delivering order on 2/14. Told no problem. Asked if delivered to Fairfield Univ. just over 2 mi. away. Told yes. Ordered arrangement & Valentines Card. Delivery not received by 3-4 pm. Started checking on order, phones lines constantly busy (think taken off hook). Continued to call store without success, line busy. Got through at 7:30ish. Was told order on truck enroute with all other Fairfield orders and would be received. Didn't happen, flat out lie. Worst ever retail experience. Do not use this store. Unprofessional. Could have ordered from another vendor for the day. Stay away from this store, nothing but a nuisance. Will be complaining to Corporate Office about this franchise - not expecting much if this is how business is run.
