TCF Bank

my problem is not with this particular location, its just the overall practices with the company in general. Had a company called heat surge where u buy those Amish fire places try to withdrawl from my account twice. I watch my accounts daily n caught it in the pending status. Called TCF in they said there was nothing they could do until the charges go thru, but it was obviously an error on the part of the company. They said to watch my account n when the charges go thru, what ever over drafts I may receive they will reverse them. I did what they said, called back, received 3 over drafts n now they said they could only reverse two of the charges. I was upset, the person on the other end went to consult with someone else who got on the phone n told me they would only reverse one of them now. I was enraged. Then we did a three was call to the company n they made to company pay the charges. They should not be allowed to change their mind on a whim like that. i agree with the review of the other person that stated their nothing but money driven and will do what ever they can to get it. They dont care who pays it, as long as they get it.
