I agree,2 of the men are VERY rude,they will yell at you and talk about you to other customers. The younger son who does nail can't seem to even watch what he is doing. He is to busy watching everyone else in the salon abd does a crappy job!!

I agree this place has the worst customer service and the quality of their work stinks. I wouldn't send my dog there.

After recieving a poor mani/pedi in which the polish was chipping off two hours after my visit, I returned and asked for them to repaint my nails with my own paint from home. I had treated myself to this because I am having a pretty serious surgery tomorrow and will not be able to paint my own nails for at least a few months. The male tech immediately started giving me a hard time, saying that paint isn't expected to stay on a natural nail for long. When I asked if it was supposed to stay on longer than two hours, he went crazy on me, saying hurtful demeaning things and talking poorly about me to other customers right in front of me and laughing. He asked me to take my shoe off to look at my foot, and even though I had JUST told him I was about to have a major back surgery, he violently grabbed my foot and brought it up much higher than my range of motion allows. I started crying and he told me to stop complaining and then proceeded to laugh and talk some more to other customers about me. At this point, I asked for a refund and said I would rather repaint my own nails because I was crying so hard. Even the owner refused me any help. Needless to say, I cried the whole time I was having my nails repainted, if that is what you want to call it because they deliberately did a horrible job. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place. I have never in my LIFE been so disrespected by a male.

I went in to get a Mani/pedi and picked a light purple color. Within a few hours of my nails drying the paint started chipping off. I went back to get it fixed, and ended up getting told by this Guy that I shouldn't expect for the paint to stay on my nails for very long. When I questioned if it was supposed to last more than two hours he started yelling at me and talking about me to other customers. Needless to say, they wouldn't give me my money back and I ended up crying hysterically from the demeaning things he was saying to me the whole time they were fixing it. Worst customer service experience of my life.
