Kaiser's Heating & Cooling

DO NOT USE KAISER'S HEATING AND COOLING!!!! They are CROOKS!!! they quoted me $3000 dollars to replace the my furnace, claiming that humidity from flood waters that did not actually enter the furnace had destroyed the entire unit. After consulting another company we replaced the motherboard for less than $300 dollars and everything else was working correctly. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! CALL ANYONE ELSE!!

We have always had Kaiser service our heating and cooling problems and every summer we paid out at least 3-4 hundred dollars until this year They wanted us to pay $1700.00. We had someone look over previous repairs and found out that we were charged for replacing the same thing in just a years time. Now our furnace and air conditioner does not work at all.

Please tell me what is going on here, its just not right.
