Stop & Shop

My daughter goes to school at Westfield State and lives in Lansdowne across the street from Stop and Shop. Because of the limited parking the store gave permission for students park in lower end of lot. Now because of new owner ship students can not park there anymore. Now my daughter has to park in a unsafe part of town. At night walking is very scary for her and myself. How heartless can some people be. And with all the money that students spend in your store. Please let students park there again until the school can find other parking. Concerned Mom

I live in W Spfld, so it would be easier for me to go to the that store, but I find that they are much more pleasant at the Westfield store. A few weeks ago I had gone into the W Spfld store and was told that I couldn't get a rain check on an item that was on sale because it was coming in that week. If the store doesn't have the item when I go shopping, I don't want to have to go back during the week to get it. Also when I asked another question about another item, I got the "whatever is on the shelf" answer. Also, the person I dealt with was not the nicest person to have to deal with. I will not patronize that store any longer. While Westfield is a little farther, it is worth the drive. The register clerks are always friendly and say "hello", "how are you?" which is a nice way to greet people. You don't get that in W Spfld. Also, the Cust Svc clerks are so friendly and accommodating, it is a pleasure to talk to them when I have a problem, which they take care of right away.

I used this pharmacy for years. Staff is friendly and they're very helpful. Always had great service never had any problems. Super people! Highly recommend Mark and his staff!
