Glen's Tires

glens tires are reliable and honest. I went in for them to check my tire because I had a nail in it. Customer service was excellent and they immediately fixed my tire. It's been 3 months ever since they fixed it and it's still running strong even tho Toyota had told me I had to replace the tire. Toyota was obviously trying to sell me some tires. Thank you glens for the help and honesty

Bought used tires there and was happy but it pulled to the right. Was told needed alignment which is fine it did. I went to the American Fork store for this. Was told I needed certain parts and quoted 2 hrs labor. As I leave an older man hits me up for money and a smoke. Wearing a Glens T-shirt. I go to Napa and get parts and get home and not one of the parts was bad. They are a scam in American Fork.

I went into Glens today after speaking to a gentlemen yesterday on the phone about purchasing some used tires after doing some research I found that not only was Glens the best priced but their customer service was on point meaning they were great not only will I be returning but I will be recommending as well. I needed tires for my 2003 BMW 330XI. Glens' Tire was highly recommended by a friend who also has his own car business. They gave me an outstanding deal on tires and did additional much needed repairs. I do lots of traveling and am always pleased when I find a great place such as this. Everything was completed in a timely and highly professional manor. Could be not be more pleased. Thanks so much!

Very poor business managment. Liars and cheats. Yanked me around for quite some time on money they owed me and then rather than trying to make up for it by at least giving me what they owed they still under cut. Not 1 person took accountability and tired to fix it instead they blamed others that no longer work there and referred me to people that no longer exist at the company. I am very pleased that I will never have to do business with them again. If I could give 0 stars I would. If you want quality products and service I wouldn't recommend going here EVER!

I bough used tires ... Didn't even check the tires very dumb move because a few days latter it went flat ... I didn't think any thing of it put some air in it ... A few days later it went completely flat I took it off put back on my spare took it back to glens tires... They came grabbed the tire without me even saying what went wrong I went In side and told them what happened and they said they were going to put it on the water and see if there is any air leaks ... I said ok ....so then the guy brings back the SAME tire and he only patched it ... It had TWO BIG holes Not even an inch from the edge of the tred so I told them to just put another tire on .... They tried to convince me that it would be fine ... I told them no ... So they unwilling did so but when they did they hurried me and threw it in the truck of my car I got home looked at it and sure enough it had RUSTED nails and other metal SHARDS in it... I called them and they blew me off I called again and finally got the assistant manager and he said he would give me his "best" used tire with no nails I told him that's what I should've got in the first place ... Took it back and argued with them for 20 minutes asked the assistant manager if I could just pay the difference of 15 dollars and he said yes... Went in side they tried to charge me $50 when their assistant manager just told me I could pay the 15 dollar difference .... Finally after another 10 mins of arguing with both some guy that wasn't the manager and the assistant manger finally paid what we had to and went on our way...

I took my truck tires in to have these guys swap out the old ones. The guy that was taking off the wheel center cap ruined and cracked three out of four of them while using a tiny allen wrench. I had to show him to use a pipe for more leverage and they came right off but it was too late he had cracked 3 of 4 of them. When he got them off he said one of the lugs was stripped out from the person that put the tires on previous..FUNNY they were the ones that put my previous tires on...Now for an $80 tire mount I am out at least $300 to replace the cracked whell caps. I called three times and spoke to the owners wife and she did NOTHING about it and OFFERED NO RESOLUTION....HORRIBLE customer service..I will never go back to Glen's and I would Never recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely the BEST tire buying experience I have ever had! Seriously! I paid half the price of new tires to get used tires. Tires that looked nearly new and were siped! No annoying sales men and I was in & out in 30 minutes. These guys have earned my business for life!
