        I went at 2:00pm to purchase Publix Turkey Breast. 3 people working behind the counter, each asking each other to wait on me, each saying they were busy with something else, each telling me they would be right with me. Finally (after about 2 minutes) one of the ladies waited on me. When I asked for 1 pound of Publix Turkey Breast, she told me they were all out of it. I thanked her and left.

        OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE

        Charlie, the manager of this store, went out of his way to make sure my husband's birthday cake was perfect. After leaving my order with the bakery manager, I returned the next day to pick it up only to find it wasn't even started. Charlie called her in on her day off, had her deliver it to my home, and didn't even charge me for the cake. I am truly a fan of Publix for life. Great job!
