Trying to contact & have a conversation with this company is horrible! They don't return phone calls and refuse to listen to what you have to say. After multiple attempts to contact this company we finally got through and had someone come out to give an estimate. We then tried to contact them a second time and was not able to get in touch with anyone, it would go straight to voicemail or no answer. Even after leaving a voicemail for a phone call back we heard nothing. We were able to speak with them early in the morning and was told he would call us back in 45 minutes to an hour, yet 2 hours later we heard nothing! We ended up calling them back and got through and they didn't even have any of our information ready to go over our questions, and made up excuses as to why we didn't receive a phone call back. We initially called to go over the estimate to see if they were able to help us out with the price in any way because we were un able to come up with the amount they said. He automatically told us he was unable to work with the price. He didn't bother to ask us what we were able to afford or what we were looking to do. This company doesn't take into consideration what the customer needs. A customer driven company would answer calls, return calls, and find out what the customers needs/wishes are before saying NO! I was hoping for a better customer experience! Apparently they do not need my service, and I will have no problem contacting another roofer and telling my friends/family not to go through this company going forward.
