Lakeshore Apartments

I lived there for almost 2 years 12/2014 - 6/2016 i loved it, new carpet and new cabinets when we moved there. they are nice, the maintenance guys come very fast when you call, they keep the community nice and clean..that's all i care about. If you are a big fan of tv you only have one option is to get the moonbeam (whatever the name is) i just had the internet i didnt bother wasting money on tvs stuff, i got the basic chanels.

The two comment about Lake Shore is very true, that is not all. The manager here Polly Mathews gives the appears she is very nice, I a sure you she is not. The turn over rate here is very large. The rent is cheap and the size of the apartment are good. The coach roach can't be evicted and they don't pay rent. Don't ask to many times or you will be made out has the nasty one.The rent will be will go up at any time. MoonBeam sucks. You have no other choice but Moonbeam. This the only service allowed it is controlled. There are many house inspections, it is really to make sure that no else is living with you other then who is on the lease. If your water bill is to high that is when you see the house inspections. The maintenance will come in to your apartment without notice. There is no privacy. The Richman Group owns the apartments and the person over Polly is Myrna.

i wouldnt give them any stars. Lady in front office is very rude and disrespectful. You never know how much your rent will be month to month. You have to get everything through them..cable internet water and its not even good cable slow internet and cold water

moved in May and I can honestly say this is the worst rental decision I have ever made. The leasing consultant is awesome but far as management they suck bleep. your rent is never the same and management is not smart enough to send out bleep notices to let you know what it is you need to pay before your rent is actually do.....however they have enough nerve to stick a damn note on my door saying that they are doing inspections starting from August 1st 2014 to September 24th 2014, i pay at least 1000.00 dollar a month for as hood this place is i could have gotten two apartments on Tamarind and be in the same boat.The drug use in the stairway has been brought to managements attention and they want to send out bleep notices about cleaning your tubs. I could go on and on but its bleeping me off continuing.
