        First time, for breakfast. the crossiant was huge! the place is colorful, and just about 70 yrs in biz. will go again for dinner. parking was good, place was busy. I'll let ya know .

        New to the area, we have been ...

        New to the area, we have been sampling restaurants for Sunday Brunch. Had Eggs Benedict with sliced beefsteak tomatoes on the side and a Bloody Mary. Perfect and the atmosphere was authentic 1950's. We will be back.

        I just started visiting Howleys a few months ago. I have lived down the street for about a year, and wished I had gone there sooner. I read some of the reviews, and was surprised at how bad some of them were. This is NOT a fine dining establishment, but a neat diner that gets a good share of business when I go there after 8 at night. The food has been consistant and very good. Although the staff does not slap you on the back and welcome you when you arrive, they have always been pleasant. My food has never been wrong or bad, and it's darn affordable. And if you get a mixed drink, it's a heavy pour, not measured, at a good price. They have great meatloaf and BLT's, as well as great burgers. Bon Apetite!!
