Guardian Storm Protection

Great service before and after the sale. We had accordion shutters installed last year and we are very satisfied about the whole experience from quote to installation. In addition we were very stressed out about the most recent hurricane Dorian that was threatening to hit our area, During our preparation we had some difficulty locking some of our shutters. It was a matter of not doing it correctly. We called the office and spoke with Ann Marie and she responded with kindness and understanding and made arrangements for someone to come out to our home and help us out. That someone was the owner, Andy Kobosko. Andy came out and locked all our shutters. Andy also directed us to view a video to further explain how to lock these shutters properly.
