A AA Auto Carriers

Unreliable do not use, paid deposit Monday today is Friday they still have not picked up my car.

After having a very terrible experience with an "internet" transport company named All Around Transport LLC - we got in touch with Barbara at AAA Auto Carriers and could not have asked for better service. The "other" company wanted deposits - gave a quote, then never came to get the vehicle. When we phoned them, they wanted even more money???

At that time we got in touch with Barbara (on a Monday) - she gave us a very reasonable price to have a car picked up at a resort on Longboat Key, Fl and door-to-door service to Long Island, NY. And they picked the car up 2 days later on a Wednesday.

The car is owned by one of our guests who comes to the vacation rental resort that we manage. After he had a stroke and went through 5 weeks of theraphy, doctors etc (not what we would call a vacation) - the last thing he needed was to be "tossed" around by a company who did not act like they were ever going to pick up the car - just was going to scam this poor couple out of their money.

It is so nice and refreshing to deal with people like Barbara to remind us that there are "Real People" out there who own Real Businessess and are not out to take peoples money.

We will recommend them to everyone we can.
