        No les recomiendo hacer ningun tramite de pasaporte en esta agencia. Se demoran mas que en ningun otro lugar. Yo mande a renovar mi pasaporte Cubano en esta agencia hace mas de 10 meses y todavia no lo he recibido. La manager Caridad, siempre tiene el mismo cuento, dice que es culpa de el consulado en Washington, que ella manda Emails y nadie le responde y que no hay nada que ella pueda hacer. No se si me esta mintiendo y no hace nada o simplemente en Washington no le tienen respecto. Mis padres mandaron ha hacer su pasaportes en Caribe Express y le llego en 2meses.
