VERY disappointed. I sent Christian my laptop last December (1yr ago) to have him clean up my hard drive. I provided him my business laptop with all of my important documents and included my 2010 Microsoft Office Suite that I paid over $100 for at Costco.



Everything seemed promising with the situation until I got my laptop back. Apparently, some rare situation occurred while "scrubbing" the computer that wiped everything from my computer. All of my marketing material, invoices templates, financials and clients receipts. I was obviously upset by the situation, but also was also tried to be understanding knowing that *#$% does happen.



The worst part was the way Christian handled his big mistake. He also said he would come over to help try and recover the lost documents. He NEVER came back to help despite reaching out to him about it on multiple occasions. Then, I had to contact him to negotiate down the price and still wound up paying $300 somehow. I am pretty sure I could have cleaned everything off in no time flat with no technical experience and could have properly had my serviced for less. I had to spend countless hours re-creating the lost documents as result. It made it even more challenging since I was stuck using the limited Open Office version during the process since Christian wiped off my Office suite from my computer.



Christian promised to replace the lost Microsoft Office copy. After much time, he finally sent over a Office version via email (didn't bother trying to meet up in-person to install) and the copy turned out to be invalid. I then followed up with him on multiple occasions to try and get another copy and never heard anything in response. I am STILL with out a replacement copy of Office and am still awaiting a response on how this will be fixed.



Overall, very poor customer service, charged for destroying my documents, and showed little to no remorse through his inaction's following the mistake. I do NOT recommend.

One call to Christian and we can relax, knowing that help is on the way! Over the past couple of years Christian has helped us with various equipment and software issues. He even helped us with a custom install when we bought new equipment so the computer would be set up the way we wanted it. Christian is prompt, courteous, knowledgable and very pleasant to work with. He's quick to solve whatever problems we've run into - and - is willing to teach us how the computer works if we want to learn more about it. Christian with Reliable Tech Solutions has been my sole source of computer support for the past couple of years. His support has been incredible. He answers phone calls promptly, schedules appointments, if one is needed, quickly also. Sometimes he can just coach me over the phone to solve my problem and that is very helpful. His work has always been to my satisfaction, always leaving me with a faster, more dependable computer. I had a laptop that I thought was doomed for the trash heap. I had even taken it in to "professionals" but they were unable to help me (yet still charged an exhorbitant fee, in my opinion). Christian took the needed time and resources and fixed my laptop so that it is completely usable. This has ended up saving me time and money. I don't have to invest in a new laptop and my business can continue. I highly recommend Christian's services.

I've been going to Christian for about a year now for help with my Mac laptop. He's extremely skilled, efficient, patient, knowledgeable, informative, and up to date. Also highly conscientious about charges and discreet about personal information that he comes across as part of his business. And did I mention friendly and personable? He has never failed to fix a problem. But more than that, he won't stop until it's fixed--even if he has to work into the early morning hours to get it done. And then he has often knocked something off the price at the end! He's happy to walk me through any procedure and to explain anything I have questions about, and in doing so he's often far more patient and upbeat than I am. He's simply one of my favorite people to work with. Every interaction leaves me relieved and grateful. He's the best I've come across.

Christian is not only reliable but he is knowledgeable of both PC and MAC software and hardware. He goes the extra mile to not only solve your computer problem but educate you in the process. Christian is the only person I call when I need computer help!

Out of countless friends I've gone to for tech support, advice, and direct assistance, Reliable Tech Solutions goes above and beyond what people would label technical support. I've never seen a problem, of mine or my relatives, that Christian was unable to fix. The service, though, is more than what you ask for. Not only are the solutions permanent, but his connections and general knowledge of PC/MAC software and hardware show opportunities to leave your system better than you received it-- for extremely reasonable prices. R.T.S. raises the bar on modern technical service, for good.

I have used Christian for several months now and he is the epitome of what a tech should to be. He has rescued my wife and myself from several baffling PC problems. He has an excellent knowledge of PC hardware and software, he is also reliable, conscientious and thoroughly professional. I am a retired Navy electronics tech and Christian is as good as I have ever seen.

Christian has brought me back from the brink on more than one occasion - several, in fact! He really has saved my (virtual) life, rescuing valuable data I was certain had been hopelessly, irretrievably lost. And, he is a most patient teacher, able to explain, in clear English, not techno-babble, the information I needed to know to stay current. Switched me over from my PC to my MAC recently, without a hitch. I can't recommend him highly enough!

We like using Christian because he gets back to us quickly and that's important since we have a small business and can't afford to have down time for very long.



We've been building a house and had to move our office several times while building so he rolled with the punches and fixed what ever needed fixing and also put spam and security on our system for a reasonable fee.

I have used the computer services of Christian Alexander on two occassions. The first, to re-install Windows XP and to speed up my computer. The second time was an e-mail problem . On both occasions he was knowledgeable and solved my problems without delay and at what I considered a reasonable cost.

Christian Alexander has been my "computer geek" for 3 years. I found him in the phone book and have been very pleased with his knowledge and ability to solve my computer problems. He is honest, has reasonable rates and is always prompt, personable and professional. He is a good teacher and sincerely wants to help me be as independent as possible with my laptop. He "resurrected" my computer after it got a virus and he later set up great virus protection. He sincerely wants to help me with any computer issues; he loves his work and it shows!!!

He will get the job done, no matter what it takes. In a pinch this is the guy to call.

While I work in IT I just do not have time to mess with this stuff. When I have had issues I just call Christian and he works us into his schedule according to our need. His service has always been competent, on both one MS PC as well as our 2 Apples. I highly recommend his service to anyone who wants home networking as well as just standalone computer issues fixed. One last thing. Christian recently also did our home theater AV media integration.

Christian is our go to technical support. He has helped us with our home computers, our networking issues and has even helped us by remote access. It's so frustrating when the computers we've come to depend upon seem to suddenly stage a coups, revolting against our wishes. Christian Alexander's Reliable Tech Solutions found technically and economically realistic answers to my computer nightmares. He's efficient, personable, respectful, and didn't use a lot of techspeak to humiliate me into buying what I didn't need. When I was really worn out from working with my lousy internet providers, he called them, demanding that they provide services stipulated in my contracts. Reliable Tech solutions is aptly named because as a reliable Geek, Christian's willing to do what's needed, and not driven to do what's not. He relates to human beings as human beings.He convinced my computer that I'm not the enemy, and that working WITH me was in its best interests. He saved me a lot of money at a time whan I had little, and helped me learn how to buy a computer when that time came as well. I've worked with other computer technicians, but without doubt, this company is one I'd go to again. I just hope I don't have to!

Mr. Alexander changed my computer's OS from one I hated to one I wanted--and in the process, he installed a variety of protective software programs from the net, so that my computer came back to me, internet ready. I view him as my "go-to guy" when I have any question or concern about my computer, and have a feeling of confidence in knowing I can turn to him whenever there is a problem.
