Overall

TERRIBLE branch. Went in for a simple service and because I wasn't on the account (even though my husband has been an active customer for years) they wouldn't help us. Wretched, unhelpful, disgusting staff. Anyone who needs to do banking in West Bloomfield, avoid this branch AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
