I agree with the previous review. Don't even start wasting your time there, it is a joke. I had to stop going to see her because the wait time was ALWAYS over 1 hour, with an appointment. It's a joke of a business.

I am very pleased with how my teeth have improved. The staff is very friendly and makes me feel comfortable like I'm part of the family. The doctor may run behind on occasion but I know when it's my turn that I will be given the time needed to take care of everything and things won't be put off for another appointment. Also, this office accepted my insurance unlike other offices.

This entire office is like a bad high school experience. The assistants and the doctor herself yell at each other accross the office. They make rude comments to each other and about each other. If you have a scheduled appointment you can expect to be there 1+ hours every single time, if they don't forget about you which they've done to us twice already! Good luck scheduling an appointment, our 4 weeks always ends up being 6-8 weeks if we're really lucky!! This place is ridiculous!! If you're a possible new patient don't be fooled into thinking that there's not many people waiting in the waiting room because there are, you just can't see them. Now anyone that's already a patient (signed the contract) gets taken back to the waiting room in the back instead of sitting with all of the new patients. Pretty sneaky!!! I really wish I would have known all of this information before I signed that contract and paid all that money. I hope more people read this and decide to leave an honest review so that one day this place will get shut down!!!
