Wisconsin Ignition Interlock

If i could give this a zero i would, but that is not an option. This place is awful. the people here do not care about you or your services. They will schedule an appointment with you but forget to mark it down and then act as if it were your fault. They then will tell you they will be at your place at a specific time but not show for 3-4 hours after they tell you. Which is wrong since you pay them an extra $50 to come out to your place. I recommend paying with cash because if you pay with your card they will "forget" to run it and then call you a month or two later when you are due for another payment to let you know they forgot to run it. Then you are being charged 300 at one time instead of the 150 every other month. They will hang up on you if you complain because they dont want to hear it. They will say sorry but nothing more. They also did not calibrate the machine correctly and we had to go back in to get it redone a month later which was an inconvience. There are other options so i would go with them. visit the DMV website and under occupational license it will list other options.
