I am a Ft Drum Soldier who was in the middle of a very emotional situation with a family who lost a loved one. I locked my keys in my Vic. I was told the ETA would be 40 minutes from the time I called. It was hot, I was impatient and rude, yet the driver, Brandon was super professional and nice towards me. That, and he was there in 25 minutes! Thanks Brandon, even though I'm sure I was hard to deal with, you remained very professional towards me.
