Bought my wife’s engagement ring/wedding band and was helped by Tom (the owner). Saved a ton of money and got a better diamond than I thought I could afford. They even customized the set for us. They have earned my loyalty time and time again. Every repair is done right the first time and fast. Often times they don’t charge me for things that any other store would. Thanks waterfall -Paul R
We paid Waterfall Jewelers over $200 for an appraisal in 2014. Two rings were stolen in 2015, only then did we discover how inaccurate the appraisal was.
We now know at least two of the descriptions in the appraisal were inaccurate.
We were told by our insurance company, based on the Waterfall appraisal description, one of the stolen rings was undervalued by $400. The insurance only paid the Waterfall appraised value because that was the insured value.
Another ring was described on the Waterfall appraisal as a diamond solitaire. My wife does not have and never has had a diamond solitaire. She does have a ring with a large diamond with 5 smaller diamonds cascading away from the large diamond. This ring is not on the Waterfall appraisal. It seems that 5 diamonds were overlooked in the appraisal.
We paid Waterfall Jewelers for an appraisal and expected it would be accurate. It was not.
When I decided to up grade my wife's wedding ring, after 25 years, we went to Jared. We looked at settings and diamonds then picked the best one that I could afford. Before I made the purchase, I wanted to shop around, so we went to Waterfall Jewelers in Waterford. Boy am I glad that I did !! We saved $7000.00, that's right Seven Thousand, and it was a better diamond. Now I am a loyal customer.

Provided by Superpagesf I could give this zero stars, I would. My husband ordered 2 charms for me from here for Christmas. The screwed up the first order, the second time it was too late for Christmas. One of the charms broke and fell off 2 weeks into January, so I had to purchase another one. I then asked them to solder the jump rings closed. The jeweler destroyed one of the charms. They ordered another set and assured me they would order 2 brand-new charms so they would have the exact same finish. I tried to pick them up yesterday....they LIED! They just ordered 1 new charm. Tried to pass them off as both new. When I protested, the manager said, "in a couple of months, they will both look scratched up and the same". REALLY?!?! I demanded my money back for these over-priced charms. I will never shop there again!
No matter what the situation happens to my watch and wedding band set, they take care of me repeatedly and won't take any money for their services. Wow always impressed with speed of repairs or just cleanings to ensure my purchase I made never looks old. The cost of my repairs goes into a charity box as I've tried to pay!!! Give them a 11 score for the great customer care.
