Overall

There is not enough space to tell you how arrogant these people are. I wanted one thing before I decided on s&b plumbing and that was the writing on the plastic pipe up so I wouldn't have paint the pipe. Everything in the basement ceiling is white. The pipe MIKE took out was white. I touched base with them before they started about the writing up. I stayed there the hole time and listened to him whining about how he's not getting paid enough and Stan took there health insurance away and how cheap and #$%^& Stan is and how all he does is complain about customers which I thought paid his bills. So I leave for about 15 minuets and come back down stairs and 75% of the job was glued together with the writing staring me in the face and I asked him about it and all I got was a "I'll fix it when we get back. They had to go back and get the correct parts and then they had to go get the correct tools for breaking pipe. When it was time to correct the writing on the pipe he used a solvent that took most of it off but it looks like hell and with an attitude of a child because I called them on it he slopped that solvent around like he was in a crawl space and spilled some on the floor which ate up the finish on 2 or 3 tiles and all I got from that was oh it's just asphalt tiles and it just took off the shine. WRONG. And the reason I picked them was there was one fitting 2 other plumbers said they didn't want to take off so I went with them and when they get there Mike tried to tell me he didn't want to take that fitting off. I said that was the only reason I picked s&b plumbing so he did take it off and replace it. And $2000.00 and 3 hours worth of work I didn't get what I wanted and would never use them or Mikes plumbing company ever. I feel I should of got what I over paid for. Thank you for your time.

Overall

Thanks especially to Mike. We called Bill's Plumbing to fix the job that another plumber had a 30 day warranty on labor to fix (but refused to fix unless we paid $240 for shut off valves we knew we didn't need). Bill's Plumber took care of the original problem, the new leak from a bad plumber's mistake plus solved our downstairs shower problem all in a matter of minutes. We'll call Bill's Plumbing again if we need plumbing.

Overall

I will recommend them to all my friends and family, I can not believe how honest, friendly and considerate that the plumbers are here, I called with panic in my voice and the receptionist was so kind and reassuring that my problem would be solved right away and no kidding by the end of the day it was, with reasonable prices even. I can’t even begin to give them enough high recommendations and stars. Thank you Bills Plumbing I will be using you again now and in the future.

They never showed up to my so called free estimate and when I called they were very rude like it was my fault.

Excellent Service On 7/10/08

Had a hot water heater that was six months old and the pilot would not relight. Whirlpool sent Sears out to repair and Sears was unable to diagnose problem and unable to get hot water heater running again. Sears "thought" that maybe it was a valve issue, and there were no valves available from Whirlpool - on backorder even now.



After four days of no hot water, I called Bill's Plumbing on 7/9/08, to see if maybe they could help me since it didn't look like Whirlpool or Sears had any gameplan on resolving this warranty issue.



Spoke with Mike Hassett from Bill's Plumbing who was very professional and knowledgeable. Secured an appointment for the very next day. Both Mr. Hassett and his assistant came at the promised time and were able to get the heater up and running within the first 5-10 minutes.



Instead of leaving immediately, like most service providers would do, they stayed for an additional 30 minutes to make sure that the unit continued to cycle correctly, etc.



I am pretty demanding when it comes to good service, and was pleasantly surprised to find Bill's Plumbing.



Would highly recommend them to anyone with a hot water heater issue.
