General Info

20+ years experience in bookkeeping/administrative assistance with continuing education through national certification. Off-site bookkeeping service available using Quickbooks or Peachtree Accounting Software. Experience with Quickbooks, Peachtree, Great Plains, Quicken, ADP, Microsoft Works/Word Microsoft Money, Excel, PowerPoint, and much more. On-site or Off-site services available from 1hr-20hrs per week. Services Offered: Accounts Receivable (Setup Customer Accounts, Invoicing/Estimating via email/fax/mail, Customer Statements, Collection Notices/Calls, Customer Payments and Aged Receivable Reports, etc) Accounts Payable (Setup Vendor Accounts, Bill Entry, Bill Payment, Aged Payable Reports, etc) Banking (Prepare Bank Deposits and Reconcile Bank Statements, etc) Payroll (Setup Employee Accounts, Enter Employee Hours/Rates, and Process Payroll through 3rd Party. Direct Payroll processing available for up to 10 employees, at an additional charge (with employee withholding taxes/deductions, Quarterly Tax Reports, etc) General Ledger (Enter Misc. Expenses, Journal Entries and Analyze Accounts) Monthly/Quarterly Reports (Weekly/Monthly A/R and A/P Reports, Financial Statements and Bank Reconciliations) Administrative/Secretarial Tasks (Typing, Scheduling Appointments, Creating Office Procedure Manuals and Spreadsheets, etc), Internet Research Marketing (Flyers, Publications, Newsletters, Ad Layouts/Designs, etc) PowerPoint Presentations and much more.
