Family Video

Had my experience gone differently i would have given a good review. However this family video was completely inconvenient and my situation they lost the movies that I returned but still went to the mall and charge me a hundred and something dollars for their mistake. I came in and gave them the manager call after finding out my balance. When I I called the manager Tiffany girl said that she would fix the situation and bring down my balance to $13.00 yeah when I came in there was so much more confusion and my cashier including the manager Tiffany decided that they didn't realize who wrote the note saying that my balance to be brought down to 13 it took a very long time to get this information out of the way then to top it all off I am asking to rent movies that came up to $9 somehow they wanted to charge me $27 do the math so after much deliberation I ended up not paying the $7 I supposably have that I never heard him mention off and left the store with my rented movies the most irritating part of this was when I talked to Tiffany on the phone she said that her employees have a habit of losing videos are not getting them scanned in and that she wasn't surprised When I came in it was another story she claimed they scan every week so there was no way that could have happened after I return my movies I've rented I will never be coming to this store again.
