The one and only positive was his willingess to come out on a Sunday with an hour notice. Other than that - First, he told me that I needed a brand new AC unit and that it would cost $1500. Then he backtracked and said my compressor was shot and that he might be able to find me a new one for ROUGHLY $800. He called the next day asking if I wanted him to order it. Meanwhile, I had another company come out and they told me all I needed was a new capacitor which cost me a grand total of $75. The air is now running perfectly. Try ripping someone else off.

Joe answered his phone while all others I called sent me to a message center. He came out to my house right away and was completely honest and his price was more than reasonable. And he explained everything in terms I could understand. I would highly recommend Joe to all of my friends and family!

Excellent Service, I highly recommend this company. This was the only contractor out of the (4) we contacted that returned our call. He was very knowledgeable and provided suggestions and alternatives to my heating problems instead of trying to sell us products we did not need. Joe was honest, credible and most of all affordable. He completed the job in a timely manner and did not leave a mess for us to clean up. Best contractor we have ever hired and we will definitely use his services exclusively.
