If you want to go through hell trying to cancel your membership.....come here. I have been given one reason after another for why they keep drafting my account when I had cancelled it nearly 3 months ago.



They told me "...the EFT company we use has been doing this to our customers.......we will resolve it and you will get your money back" After several weeks, Im still waiting to see ANY of my money back or even speak to the manager.



If my account is drafted again, I will consult an attorney and file a small claims law suit to get my money back along with the legal fees.



Take my advice and go somewhere else.

Today is January 24, and I still did not get one single dollar back as they had promised a full refund.



NO ONE even bothered to call and apologize, Im actually not surprised.



Ive seen the reviews on the other locations and its apparent that this business has no care in keeping their clientel, they apparently don't need the business.



They will soon be joining the other hunderds of other failed businesses.



You cant treat your customers this way and expect to stay in business.
