Overhead Door

I had good service from Overhead Door for many years. However, the technician they sent to repair my garage door opener in 2015 had a really bad attitude. He did a good job, but his demeanor was anything but pleasant. I called them again for another repair during May 2016 and the technician did not show at the scheduled time. I called the office to ask if there had been a misunderstanding, or if he was delayed. I was informed that the technician was busy with another job. When I asked for an estimated arrival time, the scheduler became loud and profane. I called another store for the same company and was told that the scheduler in the Washington store had a medical problem which caused his behavior.
