        I had my purse stolen and in it my keys and address. I called to have my locks replaced and Kobalt Locksmith explained that they could simply re-key them. They agreed to come at 8:30 in the morning. When they called me at 8:30, I thought, fine they are running a few minutes late. No, the Technician was outside my house exactly on time, did the work promptly and for the quoted price. He even tightened up the locks for no extra cost. There was very friendly, professional and capable. I will definitely call them again if I have any problems with my locks

        Kobalt Locksmith showed up at the first part of the 2 hour window. He was prompt, courteous, and let me borrow his screw driver. What more could you ask for!

        Thanks Kobalt Locksmith for excellent service. I'm glad that my original fix it person was busy. Kobalt went out of his way to give me advice on security issues. And fixed the second door as well . I appreciate the honesty.
