I recently contacted Sucoy for a second opinion regarding heater problem at my residence. A well known competitor's diagnosis was a "bad control board" that was no longer available and the heater unit had to be replaced at a minimum cost of $3500.
The technician, Matt, confirmed the control board problem AND replaced it with a new one for $440 saving me over $3000!

Matthew, the technician that came to fix my heater, was friendly and efficient. He had the heater in my apartment working again in no time, and gave me some good information on how to trouble shoot in the future. First time dealing with Sucoy Heating.

Ben came to service our boiler. We had it serviced by Sucoy Heating a year
ago. It ran well all winter but followed their advice to service yearly. Ben is a pro. He got boiler cleaned and adjusted to run like new. With $5 per gallon
propane it will run economically.
Ben discovered two problems. The draft exhaust piping was shot, and the circulating pump was noisy. For safety Ben replaced the leaking sheet metal draft piping. He took photo of pump to order replacement.
Weeks later Ben returned to install new pump that Craig had ordered.
Craig cooperated to help us approve new pump model. Before installing new
pump Ben noticed one of old flanges had leak in shutoff mechanism. We said get new simple flanges and redo pump piping. Ben did this. Now our system runs better than when new. It is super quiet and efficient. We plan to service boiler every year from now on.

I interviewed 4 different companies regarding installing AC before deciding to go with Sucoy Heating. Chris was an amazing sales person. He was looking out for my best interest and not trying to upsell at every turn. He answered all of my follow up questions promptly. They were by far the most reasonable and offered fantastic financing options. The install guys were top-notch. Professional, courteous and put up with my pesky dogs.
I actually hired them to come back and install an attic fan. Again, great service.
I can't say enough good things about this company which by the way was recommended by a friend that owns a roofing company.

After receiving estimates from several heating companies I decided on Sucoy Heating whose costs were below the rest.
I was concerned about how long the process would take because of the cold temperatures and high demand for heating services this time of year.
I was amazed that it less than 2 weeks between their first visit and installation.
The technician Javier patiently went above and beyond in troubleshooting wiring issues that interfered with the installation. He didn't leave my house until I had heat.
What should have been a 2 to 3 hour job turned into an all day situation.
The quoted estimate is exactly what I paid upon completion. No additional or hidden charges.
I am so grateful to Javier and Sucoy Heating and Air and would very highly recommend them.

They are AMAZING!!! 2 of my recording studios had air issues that were previously "fixed". Of course they did a terrible job and Su'Coy Heating, AC, & Duct Cleaning came and saved the day! In less than 2 business days I had a consultation and a flawless repair! Would Recommend OVER AND OVER!

Our forced air heater stopped working. We called Airflow and they returned the call almost immediately. Sucoy diagnosed the problem over the phone. He found the part and they had it installed the very same day. They were in and out in half an hour. I was very impressed with their professionalism, promptness and fees. If we unfortunately ever need repairs again we are definitely calling them.

One unique challenge in my project was that I needed a cooling unit on my roof, but the only means of access was through a window and fire escape. Other HVAC companies seemed perplexed by this challenge, but Sucoy immediately knew how to work around it - and did so in a cost-effective way. Also, there were some unforeseen difficulties along the way and Sucoy and his team addressed them without any adjustment to the bill.

My one moment of friction with Su'Coy Heating, AC, & Duct Cleaning came when there was a need for some follow-up work (a routine adjustment). The owner and I had a minor disagreement on the cost of the follow-up service. It's easy to judge a business when things go well, but how they handle disagreements is perhaps a better measure of service. Sucoy, as well as the owner, were quick to hear my point of view and propose a fair compromise - again leaving me with the sense that I was a valued customer and that Su'Coy Heating, AC, & Duct Cleaning is highly professional, very fair, and committed to excellent service.

Sucoy and his team installed a new HVAC system in my condo and I can't praise him and Su'Coy Heating, AC, & Duct Cleaning enough for the level of service they provided. The estimate from Su'Coy Heating, AC, & Duct Cleaning was significantly lower than several other bids, but there was no compromise on service. Everything works great and they finished on schedule and on budget.

Our furnace was not working and everyone in our family was cold.To our delight, the repairman arrived at the appointment early. He quickly found the problem and gave us quote. The repairman was friendly and professional. In about half-hour, we were warm and toasty.

Talked to Liz in the office and she made arrangements to send out a technician the very next day. She was courteous, efficient and a pleasure to talk to. The next day we received a call from Carlos, the technician to report that he had completed the job. He was thorough in his explanation, friendly and a fine representative of the company. The price was fair. We are out of town property owners and will recommend and continue to use Su'Coy Heating, AC, & Duct Cleaning.

Due to a power surge with my electricity and my fuse box, my transmission in my heater blew out. I was out of sorts and didn't know what to do or expect. Although I thought it was an electrician problem, it had to be addressed by a heating company who could feel my urgency. The other company knowing that I was without heat for a week, still scheduled me for another week out. I called Su'Coy Heating, AC, & Duct Cleaning and they had no problem in booking me for the next day!!! They were pleasant on the phone and even more professional in person. Carlos C. was very professional and explained that the transmission was out and told me the price and also said that it could be a complex problem but it was the only way to trouble shoot it. Thank goodness it finally worked and no extra to be done. He also showed me how to replace my filter!
I am totally greatful for Carlos to come ASAP. It totally showed that this company serviced the customer with the thought of a customer needs and NOT scheduling a customer due to a companies convenience. My children and I won't be freezing! I would call them again and Thank you YELP!

I highly recommend Sucoy Heating, AC & Duct Cleaning. We have only had great experiences with them. We have used them in the past and they do great work. Recently, I got a call from our tenant in SF letting me know the furnace was out. Our tenant has a family and it was particularly cold that weekend. Sucoy was contacted by us and called my tenant on his day off to assist in trouble shooting the problem. He quickly diagnosed the problem over the phone and knew exactly what needed to be done. Even though he was totally booked the following day, he went the extra mile, ordered the needed part, and went over to our rental at 7pm at night quickly fixing the furnace. I ran into some initial communication issues issues with Sucoy Heating, AC & Duct Cleaning, but they resolved them and even refunded my initial visit expense because I was dissatisfied. I am now! I experienced promptness and politeness, and they clearly know their business very well.

Thanks peoples. Soooo right you are on Su'Coy Heating, AC, & Duct Cleaning. Called this morning about my furnace pilot going out intermittently for the last couple of months. They called me back in ten minutes with a same day appointment! Jose came over and went right to work. He did not start complaining about it being an old ancient Furnasaures Rex. He just checked it over very carefully and said he would give it a good tune up, a new thermocoupler ,and another power box would be the only things it needed. Extremely nice person and prices were very reasonable, in comparison to some of these other horror stories you hear about service
companies gouging seniors and such.

Last week when I was going out of town, my furnace also decided to go out. I returned to a cold house. After doing some research on yellowpages I called Su' Coy Heating, AC & Duct Cleaning. I was pleased to actually talk with someone. I was told they were swamped but thought they could squeeze me in. They worked me into their busy schedule which I was very happy about. As with all the other reviews, my experience was great! Sucoy diagnosed the problem to be my thermostat was dead. He replaced it quickly and was very patient in teaching me how to use the new one.

I was so impressed, withSu' Coy Heating, AC & Duct Cleaning. They came out to my resident in a timely manner. The gentleman's name is Rudy, I told him I'm interested in a new and complete Furnace, he visually looked at the furnace and the air duck, and that same day he gave me an estimate, by email and I have to say the price was extremely right., did not hesitate at all to give him the business. It took five days for them to complete the whole transformation, but it was extremely well worth it. The two workers, Omar and Jyan work on the furnace transformation, they were very professional and they clean up, before leaving the premise. I highly recommend Su' Coy Heating, AC & Duct Cleaning.,
