Su' Coy Heating, AC & Duct Cleaning

My Wife and I had our new unit installed a little over a year ago, and we've been nothing but pleased with our experience and our new unit!

Today, they continue to impress us with their customer service. A couple of weeks ago I went to turn on some accent lights in our kitchen (directly below the unit and ducting) and they did not work, so I replaced the bulbs and still nothing. I contacted Sucoy. I called and they scheduled a service tech to come out within the same day. Sucoy was great. He arrived at the beginning of our time slot, spent time troubleshooting and found the problem... a faulty outlet. He was friendly, timely and very helpful!

Sucoy was professional from start to finish. I was correctly informed of my HVAC options and they responded immediately to my questions after installation of a new furnace and AC system. The new system is quiet and works so much more efficiently than my old system. Shout out to Rudy and Su'coy who I worked with me one-on-one to make sure the system was to my specifications. Thank you!

My air conditioning has been working way too hard this summer and completely stopped one hot Sunday evening, much to my children's frustration.

I did some research online and sought some recommendations. Later that evening, I created a Project on Yelp to solicit vendors to resolve my cooling issue.

Alex was the FIRST company to reply to my project post at like 3am. He set an appointment with me in the morning and promptly got to work.

Turns out it was a failed capacitor, which is a very common issue. And while I'm handy enough to have replaced it, Alex was able to take care of it quicker and with parts on hand...specifically parts from a co-worker's nearby van. Hehe.

Alex also did a quick inspection on the rest of my system, offered some friendly (not pushy) suggestions, and answered all my questions. Thanks Alex!

Next time I need A/C or Heater repairs or a quote for a new system, this company will be first on my list of vendors to contact.

We received three quotes from HVAC companies before selecting Sucoy to upgrade our HVAC to and air conditioning. The sale person was the most knowledge of all the people we meet and had a low key sales approach. Sucoy installed a compatible Carrier furnace and dual fuel heat pump that is energy efficient and includes a top of the line Eco bee WiFi enabled thermostat. Installation team arrived on time, and completed a high quality installation in one day. Bottom line they had the most competitive price, integrated Carrier system, professional installation and trust worthy installation and support team. I highly recommend them.

From the day of the estimate to the day of the AC installment, all the employees involved made this process stress-free. The installment team, Alex and Alexander were respectful and provided quality service in a reasonable timeframe. Setting the appt. was simple and they got the job done quickly. We also had a few questions after and they had another guy come over to show us how to properly use the thermostat free of charge.

Everything was well-organized and clean. The proposal and cost estimate with a 10 year warranty is written for you and emailed for your records. I appreciated the detailed scope of work and the type of AC unit being installed.

I seen Sucoy Heating AC & Duct Cleaning working on one of my neighbors houses and I had a couple of questions about my current ac, I have thought about getting it replaced Because of it's age. Jacob and Anthony were very helpful, they answered all my questions and gave good advice in how I should proceed with my ac. Sucoy & Air Conditioning took great care of us when we called for an estimate. They not only listened to what we wanted but knew it wouldn't be the right solution for our space and offered an alternative suggestion that would work better and give us much more even and efiicient heating AND cooling.
Aaron, one of the owners, came out to our site twice to make sure we got the information and direction we needed, and that his team had understood the whole plan.
Mateo and Noah were here and did fantastic work across the whole project, making sure everything was cleaned up afterwards and that the intallation was complete and everything worked well.
Ty and Eddie also did great work, uncomplainingly going into our narrow crawlspace to run ducts and piping, and taking the time to make a lot of custom cuts so the finish work was really nice and tidy.
Furnaces are not cheap, and need to be installed right or they'll be a lingering problem for decades. Sucoy & Air Conditioning made sure we didn't have any of that kind of problems, and that we'll just have excellent heat and cooling for years to come.

My 22 yr old AC unit (part of an existing HVAC system) needed to be replaced. After getting some estimates I chose Sucoy and Air, for the price but also because they took the extra time during the quote phase to make sure that all connections to my existing heater would work with new AC unit.

Joaquin and Jacob arrived right on time day of install (which had to be pushed back from orig date due to family emergency, JJ graciously accommodated the change). Everything went great; one glitch was a part was needed that no vendors seemed to have available. Joaquin kept checking multiple vendors until he found the part because he didn't want me to deal with no AC in 90° weather all weekend. I really appreciated his extra effort! All through the install they kept me aware of how things were progressing, and they also took care of a few minor things I asked for help with while they were already under the house. They were so helpful!

I'm now ensconced in my chilly house - for 22 yrs I had a weak AC and condenser, so the house was never ever cooler than 78° / 79° - now it's going down to 75 if I want it to, and so quickly!

Our furnace and air-conditioning system in our home was almost 23 years old and this winter the furnace started having issues. I have used Sucoy and air in the past for air-conditioning repairs and I liked the way they did their work. They explained exactly what was going on and what it would take to fix it without trying to upsell me or cut corners.

So I knew when I needed to replace my HVAC system at some point I wanted to use this company. They're a small business and locally owned and operated.

The two technicians that came out to replace my system did a fantastic job. I have an attic installation for my furnace unit so I know it's not an easy job to do. They were efficient, courteous, and kept us informed the whole way. They did a little things like making sure to put on shoe covers every time they came inside the house and making sure to tarp over clothes in the closet where the access door was for the attic. The carrier system that they installed comes with a 10 year parts warranty and a 20 year heat exchanger warranty. They also provide free maintenance for up to a year as part of the installation.

I would highly recommend Sucoy and Air for your HVAC needs!!!

We received an estimate from a couple of places. We appreciated how Sucoy came out and gave a reasonable estimate and solution. One that wasn't going to be an outrageous cost like the other company. Then when it seemed like the AC was still not working, I contacted them and they came out again to check. No additional costs were incurred, this was all during a summer heat wave. Thanks so much! 5 stars for the team! I had 3 different hvac company techs performed diagnostics when i had ac issues and JJ is the only one I can definitely recommend. Customer service is awesome. They are quick to respond. And they certainly do go above and beyond to help and explain everything. They don't just sell out and take advantage of their clients. Shout out to Steven Cobold who has always been very honest with everything.

Our home warranty company sent the repair order out to Sucoy Heating, AC & Duct Cleaning and they came out on time to diagnose and fix the issue. Matt explained what was happening and took care of it. Also told me that they'd come back and make additional fixes if the current one by itself does not fix the issue.
