        What a morning I had. While I was trying to get ready to go to work, both of my toilets backed up and started to leak water from the bottom. Next thing I know, water started leaking downstairs in my living room over my sofa and rugs. Then to make matters worst, the water reached down in the basement as well. Well I called Rotor Rooter and they sent Mr. Khiangte Laltluangkim. He came in and introduce himself and guaranteed us that he could fix our problem. Well that is exactly what he did. He took the time to draw out the problem on a piece of paper so that me and my mom could better understand the problem and how he was going to fix it. He took his time with no rush and kept us abreast along the way. He was extremely professional and very knowledgable of his job. His business card he gave me says he is a master plumber and he lived up to that title. I would highly highly recommend Mr. Khiangte. He has a lovely personality as well. Thank you Rotor Rooter and I love your commercials.

        I was extremely upset when I realized we had a plumbing problem in our new home (located in Suitland MD). The Roto-Rooter representative, Andrew Tolson, was exceptionally attentive to our concerns and immediately diagnosed the problem. Within 2 days, he provided us with a clearly defined course of action to remedy the problem, and gave us the estimate. The crew arrived the following day and were efficient and quick in carrying out the plan described in the contract. Service technicians, Jeff Hatridge and Tim Mitchell oversaw and performed the work. They were diligent and thorough. The reps, agents, and technicians clearly take pride in their work and represent Roto-Rooter exceptionally well -- excellent customer service!!!!
