        Oh, Don't Do it!

        One agent - Todd Harris.

        What a lousy person. A total con man, who makes you feel like having

        to shower the grime off you after dealing with him..

        There are plenty of other Real Estate Agents in the area.

        That would be the best bet.

        Go with someone else.
