He was a fun person to talk to, and knew his job well. The price was reasonable and Eddie was kind enough to make me an extra set of keys for the rekeyed locks, free of cost. Ok, just adding to the mountain of good reviews here...The lock on the door to my apartment was busted. This is such a courteous and professional operation that has some of the best prices my hubby and I have seen in the city when it comes to emergency situations.
