Very professional & friendly from the initial contact to Moses the installer/locksmith who came to my home (who also called in advance to discuss fees). Everyone helpful & courteous. A very good experience!! I highly recommend this company. A very good website as well.

I was locked outside my apartment and didn’t know what to do! My friend sent me DC Mobile Locksmith's phone number and she said that they are going to save me. I called them, and the technician came right after my phone call. I was THAT surprised 🤩 He was very professional and so kind and honest with me! He literally SAVED MY LIFE! I hope I won’t need a locksmith again lol but if I would - I’ll call DC Mobile Locksmith for sure!

I’m glad that I used this company for the installation of new security locks at my apartment because I want to secured it as I travel a lot. The guy was prompt and excellent in his work, he completed the task and charged me fairly. He was such a nice guy. Will definitely call him again at the time of need.

Moses was really impressive!! He worked on several locks for us. We had one older lock that was challenging to re-key for various reasons. He took on the challenge, demonstrating just how much knowledge and understanding he has about how locks work. This guy really knows locks! During his visit, he took time to ask us how we were going to be using the different doors/locks and then helped us figure out the best options for setting everything up. While he was there, he did not push unnecessary upgrades. He gave some instructions on how we could address some issues ourselves. We originally reached out over a weekend and he got back to us promptly, scheduled an appointment much sooner than we thought would be possible, then followed up about the work ahead of time to make sure he would have everything he would need for the appointment- which he arrived on-time for. He has a pretty impressive mobile shop that allows him to do much of the work onsite. All in all we would not hesitate recommending DC Mobile Locksmith to anyone.
