        TERRIBLE company. Broke my motherboard when attempting to replace the DC jack and claimed it was broken upon receipt. What should've cost me $80 ended up costing me over $300. Tried to sell me a refurbished one which, after 5 minutes, got so hot it literally scalded my wrist. Ignored request to reimburse for other service provider's costs. Ignored request to settle out of court. Will be suing in Small Claims Court. Don't take your pc there unless you want it ruined!
