Last week we were in Michigan for my wife to officiate an Air Force retirement ceremony for one of her troops while we were stationed there, after packing up our Yukon XL with all of our kids and all of our stuff to head back to Offutt Air Force Base in Omaha are transmission would not shift at highway speeds after just five miles on the freeway my wife needing to report back to her Duty station within 48 hours for an upcoming TDY to California really needed to get back to Omaha, this being a Friday afternoon I called several different transmission shops and all of them said we're too busy to look at it and said to leave it with them for a week most likely, after calling Chris at Snappy and telling him our situation he was very understanding and very much appreciated my wife's service to our country, left our vehicle with Chris at 2 in the afternoon with a down payment, he said he would push his other work aside and fix our vehicle right away, 10:30 that evening he called and said the transmission on our Yukon was completely rebuilt and all finished, I never knew our old transmission was on its way out until we loaded the Yukon down ,but I sure can tell you that the rebuilt transmission is amazing shifts perfectly ,the very next morning loaded up the kids and made our 11 hour drive back to Offutt Air Force Base without one problem at all, we so very much appreciate everything Chris and his son did for us in that very short amount of time we felt like we'd known him forever and he treated us with the utmost respect professionalism and friendly service all the way, our family thanks you and our country thanks you for getting my wife back to her service defending our great country, Mccart family

Had Snappy Transmission fix my trans in my 2002 Oldsmobile aurora. They finished it quickly for a better price than anyone else that I got a price from. Super friendly people who will answer any questions you have about whats wrong with your car, i highly recommend! will go back for any other mechanical issues i may have in the future!

Excellent Service! A+ Highly Recommended. Had my Olds Intrigue trans rebuilt end of 2010. Top notch Shop. Showed me everything wrong. Ive taken 2 vehicles to him. Ran like new when I got em back. Screw ammco or any other tranny shop. Chris is the man.

Chris the owner took 500.00 from my 21 year old son to fix his transmission...when he did he didn't say anything then about there not being a guarantee of any kind...well after having it in the shop twice my son didn't even get to drive his car ten miles. Still not fixed and he wants more money. Told me after the first time that it was his 18 yr. old son that put the transmission back together with an anchor from a flag pole...really? I just thank God that my son wasn't on the expressway when his car broke down again. Chris claims to be a Christian but when I called upset about what had happened...he yelled at me and was not at all like a Christian should be...do yourself a favor and find another transmission shop.

Had snappy rebuild my transmission 14 months ago on my 2000 GMC Sanoma and I already need it done again. Snappy gave me a one year warranty but after about 11 months it started acting up. I brought it back to him and he said there was nothing wrong with the trans, he said the engine was out of tune. Well here we are a couple of months latter and it will not sift out of 3rd gear. The owner at Snappy will not help me out.
