Lorraine Manor Apartments

I lived here for a whole year and the last 3 months were horrible. They have assigned parking which is a pain. They also don't have enough guest parking which is an even bigger pain. Other than those two issues my stay was decent until the last 3 months when my son started to here noises over the ceiling in his room. I dismissed them at first thinking that he was imagining things. After a few weeks I started hearing noises over my closet at night. I contacted management and I told her I thought something was in the attic. She told me that I was just hearing the tree rub up against the building. I told her no but she didn't seem to care. As time went on the noises became louder. They sounds moved in between the walls and not only could you hear digging but also animal noises. I called management again and was told maintenance looked on the roof and couldn't find anything. I contemplated breaking my lease but since I was so close to the end decided to just sleep downstairs in the living room.I was scared whatever it was would come through the wall at any moment.I moved about 6 weeks later and never looked back. I wouldn't recommend anyone living there since they ignore rodent complaints and don't care to investigate them properly. I stayed there from June 2007 till May 2008 I lived in the @ bedroom town home on the corner. I hope this helps someone.
