I wish that I could give this company ZERO stars. They did a HORRENDEOUS job on my mother’s home. First she asked them to do the railing for the stairs on the outside of this house, THE RAILING DOESNT EVEN MATCH UP WITH THE STAIRS!!!!!!!!!!!!! So when my mother voiced her opinion on how the final product does not match what was written on the sketches, Aurel told her, “well just plant flowers and cover it” WHAT?! And then when we get into the actual home, which he was doing the railing for the staircase as well, everything was completely wrong. And once again she voiced her opinion, THE CUSTOMER WHO IS PAYING HIMMMMMMMM!!! And he gathers up all of his stuff and left, without finishing... and not only that, he ruined the stair case on the way out. So if she were to hire another person to come out and do it, it would cost her more. Not to mention the fact that she already had to put a deposit down! So already wasted about $5000 on this phony. So then she FIGHTS with him to come back, and he tells her “well you hurt my feelings.” As if it were his house?!? Excuse me. This is the house that we are going to live in, and your feelings are hurt??? We have to look at this everyday. So after he comes back and “finishes” his mediocre job, there are pieces that don’t fit. There are splinters COMING OFF THE STAIRCASE!!!! The iron part of the railing isn’t flesh with the wooden part of the railing. Honestly, I could have done a better job. Do not hire this company to work on your home. You’re better off somewhere else.
