When i called the company, they basically wanted me home to be there when the guy came out to estimate. They did come out within a few days, but when the guy came, my husband was asking all the questions. The guy barley promoted his business. THEN my husband came in the house for a brief second, went back out and the guy was gone. NEVER gave us a quote, didn't tell us he was leaving. Said he was going to email it when he first spoke to us, but now almost 5days later nothing. I tried to call the company and had to leave a message during business hours and have not heard back since. Poor business.
