when he was hired he said he would have no problem getting information if daughter was HIV positive as a result of mother testing positive at time of daughters birth.... he told me as he was taking my retainer that the father has a right to know such information... I had test done when finding out this information and am not positive .... how would you feel if you were subjected to the risk of a deadly infection by a person who knew they were infected yet did not inform you?... I was furious then and even more furious when an attorney takes money and says he can get results yet does nothing.... greed, greed, greed is the only driving factor for this dirt.

At a public hearing conducted ...

At a public hearing conducted on February 7, 2001, the parties appeared before the panel and placed a Stipulation for Consent Order of Discipline on the record. The parties advised that the stipulation was subject to approval by the Attorney Grievance Commission under the procedure described in MCR 9.115(F)(5). The panel has reviewed the testimony of Respondent Christopher Aiello and finds that the stipulation was entered into freely and voluntarily. The panel further concludes that the terms of the stipulation are reasonable and are consistent with the goals of these discipline proceedings. Respondent pled no contest to the allegations of professional misconduct contained in Count Two, sub-paragraph 21(a) of Formal Complaint 00-40-GA, specifically: That respondent prepared, drafted, and filed objections to the Friend of the Court recommendations and supplemental brief although he was terminated as counsel and without the consent of his client. The parties agreed that an order of reprimand should be entered.

The hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded and assessed costs in the

Lied several times, said I would not have to see and pay for mother's psychologist... then turned around and agreed for me to comply against my consent. He cost me several thousands of dollars, lost way too many days of work and 7 nights in jail because of this. When taking my case, his assistant charged over 30 hours to review my file, then he charged me another 30+ hours to reveiw file... thus eating up a huge portion of the retainer. Then had the gall to visit me in jail requesting more money .... no way I would put more money down a bottomless pit. Horrible representative. This is a formal notice to refund all money this has cost me.

Professional & Caring

My husband got a traffic violation. He can't have any tickets for his job. We depended on Chris Aiello to defend us in court. He handled everything and put us at ease. The case was dismissed and my husband's job was saved. Thank you Chris!
